Problems and Changes you can make

1. If you make a mistake on your form, please do not fill out another one. Write me and I will make the changes you need.

2. If you want to add more items to your list, (max of ten) Fill out the form, and in the first blank for items, write "I all ready have a list" This will make it easy on me.

3. If you have the same item as someone else, contact them and find out who actually gets to keep the item, if you both are then tell me and I will write "co." after the item, if one of you is keeping the item, then write me as well and I will change the lists.

4. I have put the list into individual tables, This way you can have your own background, set up (ie "1" or "one") plus a picture of one of your items. Please send me the graphics and changes you want to your section. (the background is going to be changed to white when I get these items)
