WALTER FREDERIC4 HIGGINS (THOMAS WILLIAM3, ADAM2, THOMAS1) was born 19 July 1868 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and died 21 December 1926 in Warden, Shefford, Quebec, Canada.
He was a musician who played reed instruments, banjo and guitar. He travelled throughout the United States during his career. Walter never married. He had a stroke and returned to Warden where he died.
