Root Beer Cake - from Eve
2 cups flour
Combine all ingredients. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl often. Spread batter into a 9"square pan which has been greased on the bottom only. Bake 30 minutes at 350 or until the top springs back when touched lightly in the center. Cool completely.
Root Beer Frosting
1 envelope Dream Whip
1/2 cup cold Root Beer
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Beat frosting ingredients until the mixture holds peaks (about 5 minutes). Spread on cake and refrigerate. (Note: 1 (12 oz.) can of Root Beer contains the amount needed for this entire recipe.)
