Bacon Cheese Log - from Eve
1 lb. bacon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
4 drops Tabasco Sauce
paprika
parsley (fresh - chopped fine or cut up with scissors)
Have cheese room temperature. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Blend with remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley. Shape into a long roll about 1 1/2" in diameter. Sprinkle paprika and parsley on waxed paper. Roll log in this mixture to coat evenly. Wrap tightly in waxed paper and chill. Serve with crackers.
