Manhattan Meat Balls - from Eve

1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground veal
2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 eggs (or egg substitute)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 (10 oz.) jar Apricot Preserves
1/2 cup Kraft Barbecue Sauce

Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onions and seasonings. Mix lightly. Shape into medium-sized meatballs and brown in margarine. Place in casserole. Combine preserves and barbeque sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour at 350. Place picks beside casserole for guests.
