Broccoli Puff - from Eve

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded sharp American cheese (or cheddar)
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 egg or egg substitute
1/4 cup bread crumbs (toast is good crumbled)
1 Tbsp. butter (melted)

Cook broccoli according to directions on pkg., omitting salt called for. Drain. Place broccoli in baking dish. Separately, stir together soup and cheese; add milk, mayonnaise and egg. Mix. Pour over broccoli and stir slightly. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
