Lime Pie - from Autumn

1 graham cracker crust (You may purchase one ready made- might even try the chocolate.)
1 tub cool whip (I doubled the recipe and used one small and one medium size tub - so imagine 1 small one for one pie.)
1 can condensed milk (Eagle Brand or generic brand)
1/3 cup lime juice (I used one of those fake limes with juice from the produce area and used most of it for TWO pies. You can taste when mixed up and add more if that is not enough.)
a couple drops of green food coloring (optional)

Beat all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate to set up. About 1/2 hour to an hour and it's ready to serve. (This is SO simple. If cream cheese isn't soft, don't worry if you have little chunks in it - it tastes great! I know, I am a dump cooker.)
