Breakfast Quiche - from Autumn

1 lb. sausage (cooked and crumbled)
3-4 slices of bread (crust removed and torn into small pieces)
1 lb. shredded cheese
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Put bread in a 9x13" pan and spread with butter if desired. (I don't use the butter.) Layer with meat and cheese. In a bowl, mix together milk, egg, salt and mustard and pour over the meat and cheese. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
