5 lbs. ground beef
2 large onions, diced (I only use 1 onion)
4 stalks celery, diced (I only use 2)
1/2 green pepper, diced (if desired)
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans tomato soup
1 small bottle ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
Brown meat and add vegetables. Add other ingredients
and cook slowly on stove in large pot for at least 1
hour. Skim grease from top. (Is a crowd
pleaser!!!)
