Donna's Spaghetti - from Donna

2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. McCormick Thick & Zesty Spaghetti Sauce Mix
1 can (12 oz.) tomato paste
2 medium onions (chopped)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Cajun (or Creole) Seasoning (try 1/2 tsp. and add more if desired)
salt and pepper

Brown ground beef. Brown onions and bell pepper in a tsp. of oil. When brown, add tomato paste and cook on low, stirring. Add ground beef, McCormick seasoning, mushrooms, salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning. Stir well. Add water just to top of meat. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over your favorite spaghetti or noodles.
