Tomato Aspic - from Nancy A.
1 pint V-8 juice
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
chopped vegetables: green pepper, celery, onion,
garlic,
olives, cucumbers, mushrooms, etc.
Heat juice to boiling. Add jello and cool. Add vinegar and chopped vegetables. (You can add cottage cheese if you like. This may also be doubled.)
