Easy Gourmet Chicken - from Eve

4 skinless chicken breasts, boned
3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix (dry)

Lay lightly salted chicken in 8 1/2x11" pan. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Mix sour cream and soup and spread over cheese. Sprinkle Stuffing Mix over top and bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
