Graham Cracker Strips - from Doris

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 individual packs Graham Crackers
1 cup chopped nuts, if desired

Melt butter, add brown sugr and vanilla. Add chopped nuts, if desired. Line two cookie sheets with graham cackers. Spread mixture on top using a pastry brush. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350. Cut apart when cool. Makes 1 lb. graham crackers.
