Pretzel Stuffed Fish - from Eve

3/4 cup coarsely crushed pretzels
1/4 cup chopped dill pickle (I use Heinz Kosher baby dills.)
1/4 cup butter or margarine (melted)
2 1/2 Tbsp. catsup
1 lb. flounder fillets (or your favorite fish)

Preheat oven to 350. In a 1 qt. mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except fish to make the stuffing. I mix by hand until well blended. For each roll, spoon about 1 Tbsp. stuffing onto each fillet. Roll up; secure with toothpick. Place in a 9" square baking pan. Spoon any extra stuffing on top of each roll. Prepare sauce.

Sauce
1/3 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Stir these ingrediets until blended. Pour sauce over fish. Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with extra sauce spooned over.
