Golden Puffed Fish - from Eve

1 lb. fish fillets
1 egg white
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellman's Lite)
1/4 tsp. onion juice
1/4 tsp. dill seed

Heat oven to 425. Place fillets in buttered baking dish. (Mine is 11 1/2x7 1/2x1 1/2".) Season with salt and pepper. Beat egg white and 1/8 tsp. salt until stiff but not dry. Fold in remaining ingredients; spoon onto fish Bake, uncovered, 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and topping is puffed and brown. 1
