3. Elizabeth Felicita Petronella Boekema⁽⁵⁾ was born on 5 Mar 1917 in Breda, N. Brabant. She died on 6 Aug 1999 in Lakeland Medical Center, St.Joseph. ⁽⁶⁾ The Herald-Palladium Online, The Newspaper for South-West Michigan, in the obituary for J. Otto, mentions that his wife Betty had died on Aug. 5, 1999. Probably a misinformation. She resided Stevensville, on Lake Michigan.

She was married to Joseph Otto Kerschbaum (son of Charles Kerschbaum and Mary Klopschek) on 21 Sep 1949 in Grosse Pointe, MI. Obit inthe Herald-Palladium online. Joseph Otto Kerschbaum⁽⁵⁾ was born on 12 Mar 1914 in Chicago. He died on 4 Dec 2001 in Lakeland Continuing Care Center, St.Joseph. Graduated from the University of Michigan with a BS Degree in Architecture.
Employed during WWII at Dachel-Carter Shipbuilding, Corp., in Benton Harbor. Otto then took a job with Auto Specialties, where he was emplyed as the Plant Architect, retiring in 1976 after 35 years of employment. Mr. Kerschbaum was a long time member of St.Joseph Catholic Church in St. Joseph. (extract from the Herald-Palladium online, December 05, 2001). Elizabeth Felicita Petronella Boekema and Joseph Otto Kerschbaum had the following children:
