At Quarrystone emphasis is on temperament, all dogs are Temperament Tested through the TTS Associates and Canine Good Citizen Test. Some are also therapy dogs through St John Ambulance. We participate in visitations, demonstrations, parades, etc.
All dogs are von Willebrand tested and have also been a part of the Doberman Heart Study at Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph, Ontario since 1989. We do eye, hip and thyroid checks as necessary.
