We are very happy to write you about our work in India for the NEEDY.
As you are aware India is a poor country with one thousand Million
Poupulation. Basically relying upon the agricuture. The Schools and
Colleges has been started but they cannot meet the needs of the people
with this wast population. Hence most of the people are illiterates.
With the hope of educating the Children and the Youths The Tamilnadu
Educational foundation has been started as a Registered Trust by a
Famous Educationist of Nagercoil Late.MR.A.Y.Moses with other elders
in the year 1957.Regd 2/1957 Ngl.These Children and the youths are
the pillars of future generation.With the view of helping them so many
progammes has been started and the T,E.F.Children & Youths library is
one among them. For that we are in need of books,booklet,Periodical,
back issues of magazines,Tapes,Video Clippings,CDRoms,and other used
educational aids but conditional Equipments like Computers and teaching
aids which will used in our library and in the schools & Colleges.
Apart from this we are collecting used bibles,gospels,Sunday School
materials,christian literature,christmas cards and other informative
materials for distribution among the needy. For this project we sincerely
request your generous help. By sending usthe back issues of the other
informative magazinesand some books if possible for the benefit of the
library .We hope you will realise ourposition and send us free of cost.
