MONA'S PAGE

Welcome to my page. I hope you enjoy the pictures and "interest links" I have here.

First I want to tell you a little about myself. I'm 26 years old and have been married for 8 years. I have a beautiful family. My husband, Pete, is the love of my life and the best father to our children. In the hard times he worked three jobs just so we could get ahead and still had time for the familly. I couldn't ask for anything more. He's perfect.

I have two children, a boy and a girl. Our son, who is five now, came into thes world too early. He was 6 weeks premature and only weighed 4.4 pounds. It was a blessing that everything was O.K. except his weight. He came home with us two weeks after his birth. You should see him now, you'd never know it.

One month after my son was born my husband got a job offer in another state. We couldn't pass it up. That was the biggest decision I have ever made. You have to know that i'm the biggest "mommy and daddy's girl" there ever was and to move away was the scariest moment in my life. I put the trust into my husbands hands. Needless to say our phone bill still suffers.

Nine months after we had moved my father passed away. This was and still is devastating to me. My dad is the softest, sweetest, most giving man I will ever know. I could write a book about him but to put it in a nutshell, he was 6'6",280 lbs.,and was as soft as he was big. I couldn't belive he would no longer be there. My mom and I went through a lot of hard times, together, but with strength of family we have overcome a lot. Thanks to my husband and I our children will know their grandpa.

The following year a surprise came. I was pregnant again. We couldn't wait. Through out the whole pregnancy I "thought" I was going to have a boy. To my surprise, it wasn't. It was our daughter. Weighing in at 6.5 pounds, still a small one but a giant to me.

Now I had everything I have ever wanted. A loving, caring husband, two beautiful, healthy children and a house with a picket fence. I belive I've been blessed.

Wasn't I a cute baby!

My wonderful Dad. I remember planning the color of the tux's and my dad said " Are you really going to make me wear white"

My soulmate and Best Friend

" Pete and Repeat". What I mean by that is my son is my husbands shadow and my daughter is my sons shadow!

The upper picture is my moms home away from home. Below is my mom and next to her is my very sweet brother Tim.
