The Fairfax County Code "leash law" (Section 41.1-2-4) requires that all dogs be kept on a leash while off of the owner's property. The "pooper scooper" law (Section 41.1-2-6) requires dog owners to clean up after their animals. Both of these ordinances apply to the cluster's common property and common property owned by Reston Association. Please be respectful of your neighbors and follow these laws.
