Web Page Editors
Netscape Communicator - I use this one and I love it. This is an easy to learn program for beginners, once you get past the beginners stage you can go right to the text editor to work with more HTML and JAVA that this program doesn't have. Go here to download the new Communicator program by Netscape.
Anansi Web Page Editor - Easy to use, great for beginners, and it's a free program.
