THE WILL OF THOMAS GIBSON
I, Thomas Gibson, of Green Township, County of Indiana, and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time herefore made. And first, I direct that my body be decently interned in the Rich Hill Cemetary in Cherryhill Township in my own Lot, and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding to my estate and situation in life.
I term First: I give and bequeath to each of my first Nine Children: Ethel Keslar - twenty five Dollars, Irvin Gibson - twenty five Dollars, Cloe Green - twenty five Dollars, Hiram Gibson - twenty five Dollars, Catherine Gibson - twenty five Dollars, Mary Little - twenty five Dollars, Roy Gibson - twenty five Dollars, Paul Gibson - twenty five Dollars, and Ruth McDermitt - twenty five Dollars. I also Bequeath to Almeda Mire - One Hundred Dollars at my death, to be put on Interest and remain on Interest until she is twenty one years of age, if living at that time, and if not living at that time, the same is to be paid to her mother Mary Little.
The Balance of my property, both personal and real estate, after all debts are paid, shall be divided equally between my two daughters Martha Gibson, and Viola Gibson.
I appoint David Ober as My Executor, and also appoint him to conduct my funeral, and take care of my daughters, Martha and Viola, and see they have good homes, and are educated in the common public school. I also want my estate sold, and turned into money, as soon as possible after my death. There is no money to be paid out to any of the children above named until my property is sold, and turned into money. My Funeral expenses and other debts only excepted.
I do hereby make, constitute and appoint David Ober of Dixonville, PA, to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

Clair Longwill, Register for the Probate of Wills, and granting Letters of Administration, in and for said County, personally appeared Ray Conrath, one of the subscribing witnesses to the fore going instrument of writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Thomas Gibson, late of Green Twp., in the County of Indiana, deceased, who being sown according to law, deposes and says he was personally present, and saw, and heard, the said testator sign, seal and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his Last Will and Testament, and that he signed his name as witness to said instrument of writing in the presence of said testator, and at his request, and in the presence of each other, and at the time of signing the same, he, the said testator, was of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding, to the best of his knowledge and belief, and that as he shall answer to God at the Great Day.

Be it remembered, that on this 10th day of December, A. D. 1918, personally appeared before, Register of Wills of said County. Ray Conrath, and F. A. Rice, who being duly sworn according to law depose and say, that they were well acquainted with Thomas Gibson, late of Green Twp,. Indiana County, Pennsylvania; that they have frequently seen him write his name, that said Thomas Gibson is now dead; that they have carefully examined his signature to a certain instrument of writing purporting to be a codicil to the Last Will and Testament of Thomas Gibson, late of Green Twp., Indiana County, deceased, dated the 14 day of February A. D. 1918, and that said signature is in the proper hand writing of the said Thomas Gibson as they verily believe.

I, Samuel Furman, do swear by Almighty God, the searcher of all hearts, that as Executor of the estate of Thomas Gibson, late of Green Twp., deceased, will well and truly administer the goods, chattels, rights, and credits, of said deceased, according to law, and also that I will diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law relative to collateral and direct inheritances, and that as I shall answer to God at the Great Day.
