Cream Cheese Cups

3 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 C sugar
24 vanilla wafers
4 eggs,let sit out a bit to warm slightly
Cherry pie filling

Add sugar and eggs to cream cheese. Line muffin tin with paper cupcake liners. Place 1 vanilla wafer on the bottom of each section. Put filling on top of each section to fill about 1/2 way. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 25 min. Remove from oven. (center may fall) Put cherry fruit pie filling on each. Refrigerate.

**Another variation: Crush vanilla wafers and mix with melted butter. Spoon some in each section and press down with fingers. I do not have measurements for this. Approx. 2TBS melted butter to every 24 vanilla wafers.
