Hot Wings

350 degrees F. oven

15 Chicken wings (cut apart and tips tossed away)
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Butter or Oleo
1 tsp. Dry Mustard (more for taste)
3/4 cup Water

Arrange wings in a shallow baking pan.

In a sauce pan combine the remaining ingredients and heat until sugar disolves. Pour over the wings and let marinate for at least two hours (longer is better).

Bake in the 350 degree F. oven for 45 to 50 minutes turning occasionally.

Serve warm or cold.
