3/4 cup Sugar
2 Tbls. Cornstarch
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs (beaten)
2 cups Sour Cream
1 cup Raisins
2 Tbls. Lemon Juice
1 baked Pie Shell
In the top of a double-boiler, blend together sugar, cornstarch and salt. Combine with beaten eggs, 1 1/2 cup sour cream, raisins and lemon juice. Cook and stir over hot water until thick. Pour into baked pie shell. When cool top with remaining sour cream. Chill several hours before serving.
