Beef Taco Bake

2 lbs. Ground Beef
2 cans Condensed Tomato Soup (or 4 small cnas Tomato Paste)
2 cups Thick and Chunky Salsa
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Onions (diced)
1 Green Pepper (diced)
1 cup Milk
16 - 18 Corn Tortillias torn into 1/4's
(or 12 - 14 Flour Tortillias)

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef till browned, stirring to seperate meat. Pour off fat.

Add soup, salsa, milk, and half of the cheese. Layer tortillias and cheese mixture into a four quart shallow baking dish and cover./p>

Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes, or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Note: you can add one large can of whole tomatoes. If you don't have milk you can substitute a can of beer. Some never make this recipe the same twice, they say depending on the mood of the day, they add and substitue ingredients.
