3/4 cup unbleached flour 1 large egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup whole wheat four 1 cup water
1 teaspoon baking soda beef jerky strip dog treats (torn into 1/4 inch pieces
1 teaspoon baking soda 8-ounce package of fat free cream cheese

1. Stir together the cornmeal, flours, baking soda and baking powder in a medium size mixing bowl.
2. Add the molasses, egg, and water; stir well.
3. Stir in the beef jerky pieces until well distributed in the dough.
4. Spread the dough evenly in a greased 8 inch square pan.
5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.
6. Let the cake cool completely.
7. Spread the cream cheese thinly on top of the cake immediately before serving. (If the fat free cream cheese is spread on too thinly, it will start to crack after awhile.
