In the Name of God Amen I John Rowden of the Borrough of Wilton in the County of Wilts
Weaver Do make this my last Will and  Testament in the manner and form following  First I
give to Sarah my Wife the House and garden with the Appurtenances Wherein I live During
her natural life and after her Decease to my Daughter Mary Rowden and to my Wifes
Daughter Betty Penny otherwise Rowden to be Equally Enjoyed by them Both and the longest
liver to Dispose of it as she shall think proper  Also I give to Sarah my Wife all my Household
goods Chattles & Credits and Whatsoever I shall Dye possest of after my Just Debts &
Funeral are Discharged During her naturall Life and after her Decease to be Equally Divided
Betwixt my Daughter Mary Rowden & my Wifes Daughter Betty  Penny otherwise Rowden
whom I Do appoint Joynt Executors of this My Last will and Testament  Signed Sealed
published & Declared to be the last Will and Testament   of the Testator this fifth Day of
March  In the Thirtieth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third and in the
year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety
