2 bedsteads, 1 flock bed, 1 coverlet, 1 rugg, 2 boulsters, 1 pillow, 2 pairs of blankets, And one
tableboard, 1 forme, 2 coffers, and other lumber            - 2 pounds
Item : his wearing apparel                                              - 2 pounds
Item : in the chamber over the kitchen :
1 bedstead, 1 flock bed, 1 boulster, 1 coverlet, 2 blankets, 1 sheepwool (?) 
With other lumber                                                          -   15 shill.
And in sheepe 10 shill and
1 tablecloth, 1 sheet 4 shill                                              -   14 shill.
Item : without doores : 3 kine, 2 yearing calves               -   9 pounds
Item : 2 mowes of hay                                                  -   6 pounds
Item : 1 chattel lease for 2 grounds, one called Conymead, the other called Pitcroft, containing
by estimate 6 acers                                                       -   50 pounds

Sum total is    78 pounds and 2 shillings
