Memo that on or about 18 May 1677, Mary WILKINS late of Westbury, Wilts, spinster, being
then of perfect mind and memory did make and declare her last will and testament noncupative
to the effet following :
I do give all that I have to my brother Edward for that he is my best brother, and these are the
like words in effect she spake and declared in the presence and hearing of reliable witnesses
and shortly after died
