In the Name of God Amen the six day of January in the year of our Lord god
One thousand six hundred eight fouer
I John Bissey of Southwicke in the parish of North Bradley in the County of Wiltes Cloutheir
Being sicke in body but thanks be to god of sound and perfect memery doe make and ordayne
This my last will and testament in maner & forom ffoloeing
Firs I give & Bequeth my soale in to the hands of allmighte god my macer & Jesus Christ my
Redemer & my body to the earth from which
It was Taken
Item I give & Bequeth to my Gran Son John
Bissey the Sume of Thirty pounds to be paid
To him hen he shall be of the Eage of one &
Twinty yeares by my Executor after named
My will is that (5 words crossed out) my executor
Shall have y.e uce of said thirty poundes thill (crossed) my
Granson shall be of y.e age of one & twinty yeares
Item I give unto edward horton five shilingens
Item all the Reest of my goodes & Chattles
Movable & un movable I give & Bequeth unto
My Son Richeard Bissey whom I macke my hole and sole Excexotor of this my Last will & testament
