In the name of God Amen I John BEARDON of North Bradley in the County of Wiltes Wooll
Comber finding myself to be weake in body but of sound and perfect memory thanks be unto
God doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in Man.er and form following that is
to say ffirst and principally I Committ and Commend my Soule into the hands of God who
gave it hopeing through the only Merretts of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to be made
partaker of Everlasting Lfe and my body I Committ to the Earth to be decently buried at the
Discretion of  my Executrix hereafter named and as touching the Disposition of all such
temporall Estate as it hath pleased Allmighty God to bestow upon me I doe give and dispose
thereof as followeth  x x x x
Imp.is I Give unto John BEARDON my father one pound one shilling and sixpence of Lawful
Money of great Britaine x x
Item I give unto my motherinlaw one pound one shilling and sixpence of like money

Item I give unto my sister Elizabeth one pound one shilling and sixence
Item I give unto my sister Sarah one pound one shilling and sixpence

Item I give unto my sister Rebacca one pound one shilling and sixpence
Item I give unto my sister Mary one pound one shilling and sixpence
All the Rest and Residue of my Real and personall Estate goods and Chattells whatsoever I
doe give and bequeath unto my sister Hannah BEARDON sol Executrix of this my last will
and testament And I doe hereby nominate and appoynt my trusty and wellbeloved ffriends
Henry USHER and John HURN both of North Bradley aforesaid and James WEELLETT of
Bradford in the County aforesaid overseers of this my last will and testament for the benefitt
of my Executrix, desiring them to see the same truly Executed according to the true intent and
meaning hereof And I doe hereby give power and Authority unto them the said Henry USHER
John HURN AND James WEELLETT to allow and deduct unto themselves all Reasonable
and Necessary Expences which shall or may be by them Expended in and about the Execution
of this my will or the .trust. in them hereby Reposed and I doe hereby Revoke all former wills
be me heretofore made In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament sett my
hand and seale the ffifth Day of May Anno Domini 1714.
