Positive Reinforcement the learning tool of the 21 Century

ANIMAL AWARENESS PRESENTATIONS,

and any form of positive conditioning, are tools to educate the public and to create the motivation required to save different species facing extintion.

No matter what you need to train, it can be acomplished so easily using the laws of reinforcment with kindness/grace.

Forgivness is the key component within the structure of learning as we all make mistakes.

Learning to be sensitive, to live the universal law of grace is the key to enjoyment and progression throughout life.

Birdshows require the trainers or owners to be extremely sensitive as possible, due to the nature of the animal being worked.

In fact all animals require the same sensitivity, however the nature of the species is the component that will limit the type of behaviours to be accomplished.

This nature is the fact that birds have the ability to fly away if the treatment is not up to scratch, not to mention environmental stimuli that can tend to affect behaviour.

You must keep on top of the situation at all times to ensure no lost of birds from the show or house.

Don't take a bird outside if it is not motivated.

The mixed animal presentations are the most complex and hardest to work, due to the vast variety of animals that can be worked in a presentaion.

This leads to many different motivational levels that the trainer must keep in check, to ensure the continuation of the presentation to a professional performance level.

Apart from the increased work load of this type of presentation, many presentations are leaving the mono presentation, for the multi variety presentation.

This presentation has a greater ability to capture and hold the attention, of a cross section of the viewing public.

The multi variety presentation for zoo's, marine parks and wildlife parks is the public enducation vehicle for the 21 century.

The animal presentation has and always will create the empathy required to keep the public aware about the plight of many of the worlds animals.
