MRS. SARAH HARRIS OF ROCK HILL DIES AT CITY HOSPITAL

Mrs. Sarah Harris, 48 years, 7 months and 15 days old, wife of D. E. Harris died Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the McKinney City Hospital following an operation performed there Tuesday.

The deceased was a daughter of W. A. Ballard and wife and was born in Fayette county, Alabama. She and her husband had resided in Collin county for a number of years. They formerly lived on the farm of H. A. Finch in the Woodlawn community. About one year ago they moved on the farm of S. O. Scott near Rock Hill where they had since resided.

Mrs. Harris is survived by her husband and four children, one child passing away in infancy. The surviving children are: Mrs. H. W. Feagin of Greenwood, Wise county, Texas; Misses Estella and Elsie Harris and J. D. Harris who reside at home.

The body is being held in the S. J. Massie & Sons funeral home in this city until 3 o'clock this (Thursday) afternoon when the funeral cortage will leave for the Bethel cemetery four miles north of Frisco where interment will take place at 4 p. m. today.

The deceased was a member of the Methodist church.
