At Home Of Mr. and Mrs.
Jack Milligan, On East Greenville Street
A family reunion
of the Lewis family was held Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jack
Milligan, on East Greenville Street, when approximately thirty members of
the family and relatives attended. A delectable dinner was spread at noon
and the feast enjoyed by the family.
Among those
present were: Mrs. W. W. Warden and son, Joe Lewis of Pflugerville; Ben
Lewis and wife of Durant, Oklahoma; Mrs. S. A. Show, of Los Angeles,
California, who has been here for some two weeks on a visit; Mr. and Mrs. O.
B. Myrick and daughter, Miss Dorothy Jean; Tom Lewis; Mr. and Mrs. Earl B.
Myrick and little son, Edward Earl; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Milligan, all of
McKinney; Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Milligan of Sherman.
Ben Lewis and
Mrs. O. B. Myrick, Mrs. Shaw, tom Lewis, Mrs. Warden and Mrs. Jack Milligan
are brothers and sisters.
In the afternoon
Mr. and Mrs. W. J. (Will) Reynolds and daughter, Lorene, of Pilot Point and
their son, Lewis Reynolds, wife and daughter of Navo, Denton County, also
came in, as well as MR. and Mrs. Jim Milligan, and daughter, Kathryn, and
son, Tommy, of Celina; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Myrick and son, Henry Jr., of
McKinney.
One brother and
one sister were unable to attend, Dick Lewis of New Braunfels and Mrs. C. A.
Wilson of Abilene.
The day was
happily and enjoyably spent.
