NOTE: Louisa and Francis's marriage was found in Collin Co Tx marriages Vol 1

1846-67 (this is misleading for their marriage was in this book and states they were married Nov 1872.  States their marriage is recorded in book 3 page 5

NOTES: 

1) John was a farmer
 
2)Lucinda was John's second wife.  His first was Mary Polly Blair whom he married in 1838
 
3) Lucinda lived 49 years after John's death I have no record of her marrying again.
 
4) Lucinda's obit is in the Dem  5-18-1911 pg 1 and Cour 4-18-1911 pg 7  Collin Co Tx.
 
5) John's sister Elizabeth also married a Wetzel
 
6) this Taylor family came from around Strawberry Twp Lawrence Co Ar

William Taylor b 1789 NC d 1841/2 Taylor Mills Lawrence Co Ar buried near the Mill site.  (Taylor Mills is around Strawberry Twp Lawrence Co Ar.)  William m 1810/11 New Madrid Co Mo to Mary Fortenberry (d/o of James Leath Fortenberry) b 1791 Va or SC  d 1825 Coopers Creek Taylor Mills Lawrence Co Ar.

William also married Leah Williams after Mary died.  Their ch:

NOTES: 

1) William had a sister Nancy who m a cousin Jacob Fortenberry  (aka Jake).  Nancy was b 1791 d 1850 and buried Lancaster Cemetery Lawrence Co Ar. 

2) Lawrence Co Ar is upper right hand corner of the state close to the Mo line.  Look for Jonesboro and it is left of there.
