1628: 20 August Thomas Bollinge of Crundall for his rent 3s of him at the Feast of St Thomas-2 hens.

1648: 10 October Thomas Bouldinge one of the homage.

1654: iiij Sept Thomas Bouldinge absent from Court, fined 2d.

1664: To this Court came Thomas son of Thomas Boulding & made fealty (etc) for one messuage, barn, stable & certain land, viz: 6 acres in Crundall lying to the street north west to the lands of Wm Ruck & other lands of this manor south & east. to be held of this manor by fealty, suit of court & annual rent of 3s & 2 hens.

1677: 5 November Thomas Boulding a juror. Thomas Boulding for his lands iijs.

1681: Thomas Bollinge for his lands 0:3:0 Item for two hens..

Survey of tenants' lands; Thomas Boulding holdeth one messuage... called Little Ripple, 1 barn, 1 stable & 2 pieces of land bound north & west to Highway, to lands of this manor south & to lands of Wm Ruck to the east, & 2 other pieces of land bound to highway east & north, & to lands of lord of this manor south & west. held by annual rent of 3s & 2 hens

1717 April 8 Conveyance of a rent charge of 40/- pa from Susanna Boulding of Crundale wdr & Thomas Boulding maltster her son to Richard Forster, clerk, rector of Crundale for £46 coming from a messuage or tenement called Little Riple (sic) & four pieces of land in Crundale containing 8 acres & a piece of land called Staples Croft, 4 acres in Godmersham at or near a certain place in the King's Highway called Sylvia's Hole. All now in the occupation of the said Susanna Boulding or Thomas Boulding.
