Scalloped Corn and Crab

2 cups frozen corn, thawed
1 can crab rinsed and picked over
2 eggs, beaten
1 green or red bell pepper seeded and chopped
3/4 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbs butter
*Combine the corn, crab, eggs, bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
*Put half the crumbs on the bottom of a greased baking dish or souffle dish and dot with butter.
*Pour the mixture in.
*Cover with rest of crumbs and dot with Butter.
*Bake in a preheated 325F oven for 30 -- 40 minutes.
*Serves 4 to 6.
This turned out really well. I suggest you let it sit for 5-10 minutes
