PUMPKIN CAKE

350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes

2c. flour
2eggs
2c sugar
15 oz. pumpkin
2t. baking soda
1t. vanilla
1 t. pumpkin pie spice + 1/2 t. cinnamon
1/3 c. milk

Combine flour, sugar, and baking soda in a large bowl.
In separate bowl mix pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon/p.spice. Mix well.
Add pumpkin mixture to dry ingredients.Add vanilla and milk. Grease 13x9 pan (do not flour).

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
2 c. powdered sugar (approx.)
6 oz. softened cream cheese
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t. salt
1/2 stick softened butter
Beat until creamy.
Spread cream cheese frosting over cooled pumpkin cake.
