Posted on 2/16/2008 at 02:16:46 PM by momma Milk and Honey Casserole Bread 2 teaspoons honey 1 cup warm water 2 tablespoons yeast Mix honey in the water till dissolved... then sprinkle yeast over the top, and let set. 1 cup milk 1/2 cup margerine 1/2 cup honey 1 teaspoon salt Mix these together and heat just till margerine is melted. remove from heat and add... 2 eggs, slightly beaten . Add yeast mix to egg mix, and then start adding flour. Typically, it takes 5 1/2 to 6 cups flour, but mix until it comes off the side of the mixing bowl. Knead and then let set to rise for about 50 minutes, then punch it down, put it in pans, and let it rise for 40 minutes. Then bake at 350F for 45 minutes to an hour. Bread is done when thumped gently on the bottom it sounds hollow. This recipe cannot be killed. Feel free to multiply ingredients, 2,3 and even 4 times the recipe. Let me know if you can kill it.
