TO DIE FOR COUNTRY RIBSPosted on 8/1/2005 at 01:04:29 PM by cactus flower INGREDIENTS: 5 pounds boneless country ribs (pork or beef) 1 bottle reg BBQ sauce 1 can crushed pineapple 1/2 dried onions Mix BBQ sauce, can of pineapple and onions Marinate ribs overnight in mixture par-boil ribs in sauce for about an hour take ribs out and grill slowly about 5 minutes each side using sauce to cover each side once. keep sauce hot and serve with extra sauce (PS: don't forget to make tater salad the night before) enjoy! |
