Sorry, I don't have the actual book or film to do lookups but offer this information on my family and names close to my family's. Somehow I missed coping some of the names that I would normally capture, so even for my purposes the list is rather short. Three relatives are linked, however: Fred W. Kassell, brother of my great great grandmother Emma Kassell Campbell; Malcolm Kassell, the only child of Fred and his first wife - Helen Smith Kassell; and William Marvin Martin, my great great grandfather, who divorced my great great grandmother Frances Campbell Martin (Eftimoff).
