The Clampitt Connection Genealogy Site

Welcome to the Clampitt Connection Genealogy Site. The purpose of this site is to provide basic information (names and dates) on the surnames that I am researching. In addition to basic genealogical information about these family lines, I also plan to include other information regarding my direct ancestors. I hope that this information will help you in your quest to find out more about your ancestors.

Much of the genealogical information on these pages came from numerous cousins researching these same names. Without their willingness to share information, sites like this would not be possible. It would be almost impossible to identify all information contributed by these researchers and still end up with pages that don't scroll on forever. Therefore, I am hoping to set up for each surname a page with information on how to contact these researchers, with brief descriptions of the specific lines they are working on. All of the researchers I have come in contact with in the relatively short time I've been researching my own family history have been a joy to work with and I look forward to many years of exchanging information with them and adding to our knowledge of our ancestors.
