Reinvest is an easy to use general purpose real estate calculator. Included with the software (in the Help section) is my 'how-to-value-property' Investment Guide. Also included, is a overview of 'The Weighted Asset Model of Real Estate Appraisal', the 'Big Picture', along general tax tips for protesting property taxes and dealing with the I.R.S. With the talk of a Flat Tax, I have added a provision into the model to measure this effect.
Reinvest (shareware) has gone through a number of stages in it's development. I built the first version of this model twenty years ago. Now that I am older and wiser, and some theoretical confusions worked out, I am making the new version of this model, for the first time, available to you.
