Porcelain Dolls were a big obsession for me a while back. I'd still be doing them I'm sure,
Folk Art painting is something I enjoy because it is always different. No two pieces turn out the same.
Counted Cross Stitch is also a favourite because it is always different. I like to create my own pieces

gentleman named Leon. He quickly became my mentor and friend and I picked his brains each week
at our meetings for new ideas and the knowledge I needed to become a carver.
I met a lot of terrific
people at these meetings and each of them were as unique and interesting as the pieces they carved.

The one for Kenny was made by Bob's Mom when he was born. I made the afghan for Alex for Christmas 2007.
I also knit quilt squares for the local hospital all year long. They crochet them together and use them
for patients in the emergency room, often sending them home with them.
