THE STOLEN CHAIR
A Bloc Quebecois MP, Stephan Tremblay,
Stomped angrily out of Parliament, earlier today!
Marched out, with his "chair" and loaded it into a van!
The first time this has been done, by an elected man!
The other Members, with wide-eyed disatisfaction,
Watched in amazement, this aggressive action!
He's only twenty-four....and wants to bring to the fore,
That Canadians struggle, as the rich get more and more!
The modern, financial gap is rapidly getting so wide,
That very soon we'll only have poverty on this side!
All of our average Canadians are very concerned,
They've seen much deceit and have gradually learned!
What kind of country will we have in ten years?
The hardworking and unemployed are faced with fears!
All of the changes are for powerful, political friends,
Creating the rich and the poor, who can never blend!
They make huge promises, until they're elected and then,
Change their opinions, before you can count to ten!
They are only concerned, for their own precious lives,
It won't affect them, when great deprivation arrives!
Taking a chair, was just a Bloc stunt, and it is true,
It certainly got a lot of attention, from people like you!
But, it is a childish thing and not an adult-like way,
To make yourself respected, at the end of the day!
We wish you'd be serious and not act like naughty fools!
You can't run a country, for you don't know the rules!
You are too busy playing stupid games, to get attention!
We think this foolishness happens, too often to mention!!
However, the Bloc want a lot more than a chair, from us,
They want the whole province, or they'll make a fuss!
If you stole a chair, from Parliament, what would they do?
Right! You'd be put in jail and pay for the chair, too!!
Stealing a chair, from the House of Commons isn't smart!
It's time for another Politician to PERMANENTLY
DEPART!!

Many years ago, I took my daughter to see the Parliament Buildings,
in
Ottawa, thinking that the experience would be enriching. She could
have
learned something, about Government and the way it operates.
Instead of this, she learned that the behaviour, of many Politicians,
is
worse than children and their rude remarks to one another, disgusting.
If we want our youth to measure up, we had better start, by having
good
role models....and Parliament would be the right place to begin. Don't
they
realize how juvenile they seem, to those who observe? No wonder everyone
is
nervous, about the future of the country. If CANADA could speak, it
would
shout, "HELP!!"
