What the heck does the our wedding logo mean?:

Can't figure it out?

The first two characters going down on the left is Ben's Chinese name...pronounced "Li Peng".  (no!!!  I'm not the killer of students, the ex-Premier of China)

The two characters going down on the right side is Eugenia's name...pronounced "You Yen".  (which translates into "Friendly Swallow.")

Here's the kicker...when you put the two names together, the two characters in the middle, read left to right, is "Peng You"...which translates into...tada..."Friend!"

Ahhhh....Isn't that sweet??  I guess we're made for each other, huh??...

A Word about Giving Gifts:

YOUR PRESENCE WILL BE OUR PRESENT
WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST NO OTHER

There really is no correct way to bring up this topic without offending anyone...but honestly, the part that we most look forward to is seeing old friends and family !!

For those who won't feel comfortable not giving (a very admirable trait!), our preferences are "Hong Bao" ("red packets" for good luck) or something from our Bridal Registry at Sears.  (You can goto your nearest Sears, the registry should be listed nationally.  You look us up by Bride's last name (PECK), state of wedding (TEXAS), and date of wedding (MARCH, 1998))
