This is a rather long will so I have edited it trying to make sure the
genealogy and family relationships are left in tact.

First to my son John Latcha that tract of land on which he now lives

containing 70 acres for which he is to pay 75 pounds - I have given

unto him one horse, a tin plated stove, one cow , one sheep , one hog.

Secondly to my son Henry Latcha  a tract of land adjoining lands

of Adam Deffenbaugh and others containing 70 acres for which

he is to pay 75 pounds - I give unto my son Henry - one horse

and gears, and my blacksmith tools for  which he is to pay the

sum  6 dollars and he is to do the sharpening smith work 

for my son Frederick and further I give to him one cow,

one sheep and one hog and my rifle for which he is to pay 4 pounds

Thirdly to my son Frederick Latcha all my plantation I now live on

containing 175 acres for which he is to pay 175 pounds - 

I give to my son Frederick my weavers Lomb and utensils,

two horses and gears, one young cow and a heffer, two 

sheep and two hogs and my waggon and a log chain and 

wind mill and one plough.

Fourthly to my son Daniel Latcha tract of land adjoining

land of my son John containing 70 acres for which he is

to pay 75 pounds - I give unto my son Daniel my sorrel mare

and my little bay mare with the full set of gears, one plough

and irons thereunto and one log chain, one cow, one sheep

and one hog.

Fifthy I give unto my Beloved wife Chatrina Latcha the sum

of 100 pounds - my clock and kitchen ware and one large

iron pott and her chest  and her bedstead and beding and

further I order that my son Frederick shall give my beloved wife 

Chatrina Latcha leave to live in the house I now live in with him

so long as sheremains my widow. 

The will goes on to state what all Frederick is to provide for

his mother as long as she remains a widow.

Sixthly I give to my daughter Chatrina Latcha one hundred pounds -

one good bedstead and beding, a copper kettle, one cow,

one heffer, one sheep, one hog, one chest and one flax hetchel.

Seventhly I give to my daughter Magdalena Latcha one hundred

pounds - one good bed and bedstead , one cow, one heffer,

one sheep, one hog, one iron kettle and one flax hetchel and one chest.

Eighthly I give to my daughter Anna Elizabeth Latcha one hundred

pounds - one bedstead and beding, one cow, one heffer, one sheep,

one hog and one iron kettle and one flax hetchel and one chest.

Ninthly I do order that my executors are empowered to sell a tract

of land I have situate on Mahanoy Mountain at publick sale and divide

the money in equal shares to all my heirs  and further I devise that

the remainder of personal estate my heirs may divide amongst

themselves if they can agree and if not my executors shall sell at

publick sale. 

Further I give to my son Daniel my large saw.  

Further I do devise that my three daughters to have their dwelling

in the house I now live in as long as they remain unmarried.

I do hereby appoint my brother Henry Latcha and George Kimple

my executors -

my hand and seal the sixteenth day of February 1810.
