Because I grew up in Maine looking at the foliage every autumn...then I grew up and decided it was way to cold in Maine and I packed up and moved south to Tampa where the leaves don't change colors but it also NEVER snows all over your car. I do, however miss the fall foliage. Having my own leaf is like having a little bit of Maine here in Florida. Except during the winter when half of Maine is here anyway. But I'll still have my leaf and Stan is way better because he doesn't get lost on the interstat and drive real slow while I'm behind him.

Leaves are beautiful whether it's spring and they are green, or fall when they are red, orange, and yellow. I love pressing leaves in the fall to capture their beauty, and I want one to put on my page to brighten it up.
