This is Nancy
My Best Friend and My Sister
Physically we couldn't be any different than we are She is a tall brunette, I'm a short redhead but our hearts and our spirit are as one. We haven't always been this close, and I'm not sure what happened alongthe way...All I know is that I'm happy it happened, and we found out what great friends we could be to each other. She is an internet junkie like me, we spend a lot of time with each other almost everyday, even with her in Indiana and me in California.

The Old Ones tell that dreams hold great power and drift about at night before coming to the sleeping ones.
To keep the dreamer safe, the Old Ones created a special web, the Dream Catcher, to hang above their sleeping places. When dreams traveled the web paths, the bad dreams lost their way and were entangled, disappearing with the first rays of daybreak.
The good dreams, knowing the way, passed through the center and were guided gently to the sleeping ones.

I love the way we've grown closer and closer over the years. Being sisters has been wonderful, but I am especially grateful for the way our relationshiphas deepened and growninto a very special friendship~one that means more to me
than I could ever tell you. I love the way we're
always there for each other, the way we can share everything from memories to dreams,
from laughter to tears.
I love the way, even when we're not together, we're with one another in ways that are unique only to sisters...only to us.

This is my sister and I. She visited me here in California, and it was my privilege to show her a few of the sights here.
We are on the pier at Newport Beach,it was a beautiful day..You know what the song says, "It never rains in Southern California" well it didn't this day, but the day I took her to Los Angeles, it poured...man it poured...
See what I mean about us being physically different, no she isn't standing on a step, and no, I'm not standing in a hole... thats just how we are.
UPDATE: May, 1998: Just to let you know what a wonderful sister I have..I had Carpel Tunnel and Guiomes Nerve repair done (both left hand) on April 28th...My sister came in from Indianapolis to take care of me. Some of you may be thinking that isn't such a big deal, well Nancy also suffers from Fibromyalgia as I do..and still not 100% from a broken arm, and more...but she came to help me. You can't believe how much that did for me, more emotionally than physically. She stayed about 2 weeks, and I hated to see her go..we was having so much fun just sitting around talking, catching up and just renewing our love for each other. I thank God I'm fortunate enough to have Nancy and My Best Friend and Sister..I pray all female siblings could be as close as we are. Photo's were taken, and when they are developed I'll get them in here. Oh, I almost forgot, I kind of nudged her into starting her own web page, she is still working on it, but stop by and take a look at Nancy's Dreamcatcher.
